Fintech Upgrade: Garnet Trade Inks $2 Million Platform Pact with Eximus
Garnet Trade, a global operator in the financial markets space, has struck a $2 million technology deal with Eximus, a move designed to reinforce its tech stack and sharpen the digital execution experience for clients. The deal spans the build-out of Garnet Trade’s CRM architecture alongside technology workstreams tied to Garnet Private, which is being positioned as an alternative front end to MT5.
London, United Kingdom: With technology taking on an ever larger role in execution workflows and back-office operations throughout the financial sector, Garnet Trade is scaling up its commitment to platform investment.
The $2 million arrangement with Eximus is intended to give the firm a more joined-up, scalable and future-proof technology ecosystem, covering both client-facing digital channels and its internal operational stack.
The collaboration is framed as one of the central technology commitments underpinning Garnet Trade’s expansion into international markets.
Garnet Private Sits at the Heart of the Tech Spend
Garnet Private stands out as one of the principal elements of the deal.
Built by Garnet Trade to offer clients a distinct digital trading environment, Garnet Private is slated to serve as an alternative front end to MT5.
With Garnet Private, Garnet Trade intends to shape the digital gateway through which clients reach the financial markets, aligning it with the firm’s own brand identity and technology roadmap.
Development will concentrate on user experience, platform performance, scalability and system integrations.
Rather than treating Garnet Private as just another trading front end, Garnet Trade sees it as a foundational module of the wider digital ecosystem the business intends to assemble over the long run.
Eximus Deal Extends to the CRM Stack
The second major pillar of the Eximus partnership involves upgrading Garnet Trade’s CRM infrastructure.
Under the terms of the deal, the firm aims to modernise the technology powering client relations and operational workflows, tighten integrations across disparate systems and put in place a more scalable framework able to absorb rising operational demand.
Garnet Trade regards the parallel development of its client-facing digital interfaces and its back-end operational systems as a key element of its long-term technology roadmap.
Toni Jovanovski: “Our Spending Targets the Digital Ecosystem of Tomorrow”
Garnet Trade chief executive Toni Jovanovski described the $2 million Eximus deal as something bigger than a refresh of the firm’s existing tech stack, calling it a significant milestone in the company’s long-term digital transformation roadmap.
Discussing the deal, Jovanovski said:
“We do not view our $2 million agreement with Eximus as simply a technology investment. Through this partnership, we aim to build the foundation for Garnet Trade’s next phase of digital transformation. From our CRM systems to Garnet Private, we want to create a more integrated, scalable and adaptable digital ecosystem across every point where our investors interact with Garnet Trade.”
Jovanovski observed that rivalry across the financial sector is increasingly determined not just by what firms offer in products and services, but equally by the underlying tech and client experience.
“Technology is no longer simply a supporting element in financial services; it has become a fundamental part of the user experience. For this reason, we are developing our technological infrastructure not only around today’s requirements, but also with the scale we aim to achieve in the future in mind. Garnet Private will be one of the most important projects reflecting this approach.”
A Scalable Tech Backbone for Global Expansion
Garnet Trade frames its deal with Eximus as part of a long-horizon technology strategy built to serve the firm’s international expansion goals.
The company holds that, as it grows into new markets, the capacity of its infrastructure to scale in step will be a decisive factor in delivering sustainable growth in the financial sector.
Consistent with this approach, Garnet Trade intends to keep channelling capital into its digital infrastructure, with a particular focus on trading technologies, CRM systems, system integrations and Garnet Private.
CEO Toni Jovanovski further stressed that the firm’s global growth targets and its technology spending will keep advancing side by side, as Garnet Trade looks to engineer infrastructure suited not only to today’s operational needs but also to the scale it plans to reach in the years ahead.
Taken together, the Eximus agreement worth $2 million marks a significant move in Garnet Trade’s plan to build its own digital ecosystem, broaden its investment in trading technologies and underpin its operations abroad with a sturdier, more scalable tech infrastructure.
