The consultation opened on 9th February 2012 and closed on 26th April.
Responses and outcome
The government published the reponses it received as shown here.
It decided the course of action it would take as shown here.
At the same time, it also published an update of the data from the consultancy study first published with the original consultation, and a regulatory impact assessment.
